How to use Pileje Lactibiane Tolerance ?

First, 2,5 g (10 billion) : 1 sachet or 1 capsule a day for 1 to 3 months, repeat as required.
Second, 5 g (20 billion) : However, take per day one sachet for 10 days to 1 month, repeat as required.
Third, 1 g (4 billion) :1 sachet per day for 1 to 3 months.
So, dissolve sachet contents in a large glass of water (150 to 200 ml). And you must take it before a meal.
