Pharmacoline aims to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for customers in the United States. Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays.

Order Preparation & Shipping Time

The delivery process consists of two stages:

1. Order Preparation: 1–5 Working Days

After your order is placed, we verify the payment, review the order details, check product availability, and prepare the products for dispatch.

Estimated order preparation time: 1–5 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Estimated Shipping: 3–6 Working Days After Dispatch

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, the estimated shipping time to the United States is:

3–6 working days after dispatch.

We use established international courier services, including FedEx Express and UPS. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, courier operations, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order & Tracking Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs & Import Requirements

Before placing an order, customers should check the applicable customs and import regulations in their destination.

If a shipment is held by customs, the recipient may need to contact the local customs authority and provide additional information or pay applicable taxes, duties, or fees before the shipment can be released.

Please note:

We do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO, APO, DPO, or military addresses.
Shipping fees do not include customs taxes, import duties, or other charges that may be imposed by local authorities.
Import requirements and customs procedures vary by destination.
Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 Korea Standard Time, on weekends, or during official public holidays will be processed starting from the next working day.
Order preparation and shipping estimates apply to working days and exclude weekends and official public holidays.
