The order and delivery process consists of two stages:

After an order is placed, we verify the payment, review the order details, check product availability, and prepare the products for dispatch.

Estimated order preparation time: 1–5 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Estimated Shipping: 3–6 Working Days After Dispatch

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, the estimated shipping time is:

3–6 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, courier operations, weather, local holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
