When ordering Botox please note that Botulinum toxins are temperature sensitive and may lose efficiency when exposed to extreme temperatures (Above 30 C/ 86F) for prolonged periods of time. Our toxins are shipped with ice packs means, even if melted help keep them in optimal condition during shipping and prevent from overheat. Study shows that toxins do not lose efficiency in room temperature for about a week. Please note that toxins are not eligible for returns nor refund.

Please note that although properly packaged, the product may arrive in a relatively warm condition as international express shipping may take 3-7 days. Based on our experience, test results, and manufacturer’s information, this product may lose up to 10% of its effectiveness. Please decide at your own discretion whether to continue purchasing.
